Readers of this site probably noticed that we haven’t published anything in the past couple of months. Amazingly enough, there was a legitimate reason that wasn’t just general apathy. I had the opportunity to work on a Congressional campaign, which not only severely limited my time, but also would have likely created some conflicts of interest for me.

Well, that’s all over now, so we can get back to what we do best here at Goose in the Gallows: talk about everything that’s wrong with our political system and the increased likelihood that the apocalypse will be here sooner than anyone might expect.

The positive about taking a break to step back into politics for a bit reminded me of everything I love and everything I despise about the business. I also have a very lengthy list of things I intend to write about, focusing on the 2018 Election calendar and life in general.

Anyhow, this post was more about making sure I remembered how to login to WordPress than anything else, so get ready for the real content within the next couple of days. As always, if you have any ideas or suggestions for articles, just drop us a line at [email protected].

I’ve missed you all. Actually, that’s not true. I missed about half of you. For the remaining half of you, it was a much-needed break that was likely far too short.
